About Me
Hey, I’m Keith
and if you’re here, chances are you’re dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) and looking for real answers—not just vague advice from others who tell you to “just relax”; that it’s “all in your head”. I’ve been there. I struggled with PFD myself, ran in circles trying to find solutions, and eventually took matters into my own hands. Through trial, error, and a deep dive into the science of recovery and functional movement, I found my way out—and now I help others do the same.
I’m not a doctor, a physical therapist, or some mystical pelvic guru. I’m a guy who actually lived through this, put in the work, and now spends his time coaching people through the physical, neurological, and psychological aspects of recovery. My approach is holistic, science-backed, and (most importantly) practical.
My recovery wasn’t a straight line, and yours won’t be either—but I can help you avoid the common traps, dead ends, and misinformation that keep people stuck in pain.
Through my YouTube channel, Discord community, and private coaching, I help men break free from chronic pain, dysfunction, and the fear that comes with it. My focus? Educating you on how stress, movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and even your mindset contributes to your PFD—so you can stop feeling stuck and start making real progress.

Fixing the way your brain communicates with your pelvic floor, so it stops overreacting to every little thing, learning to elongate the tense muscles and reduce nerve compression naturally.
