There’s no hidden recovery method I’m gatekeeping. Everything I know about pelvic floor dysfunction is out there for anyone to access.

So why coaching? Because recovery isn’t just about knowing what to do—it’s about figuring out how to apply it to your life.

Coaching is for those who need personalized guidance, not just general advice. In our sessions, I take the time to help you unpack your specific situation—your stressors, movement patterns, habits, and lifestyle factors that could be keeping you stuck. Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start or what’s holding you back.

This process takes time. We’ll go deep into what’s keeping you in a cycle of dysfunction and build an approach tailored to your needs. If you feel overwhelmed by information, stuck in fear, or like you’re missing something in your recovery, coaching can help you connect the dots.

Step 1: Nervous System Regulation

Reduce sympathetic overdrive and break the fear loop. Calm the nervous system and shift back toward parasympathetic control.

Step 2: Neuromuscular Re-Integration

Restore proper breathing, pelvic expansion, and intra-abdominal pressure management. Reconnect the mind-body connection to your core, diaphragm, glutes, and pelvic floor so they work in harmony again.

Rebuild strength and movement patterns. Address imbalances, improve stability, and make the system resilient under load.

How long are the sessions?

• The first session will last 90 minutes

• Additional sessions average 30-60 minutes, depending on complexity.

 

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Many clients feel empowered after just one or two sessions, as they identify the key factors contributing to their dysfunction and start seeing results from the strategies we discuss. Others may take longer or may want ongoing support. I’m not here to upsell coaching packages or lock anyone into a set number of sessions. My goal is to give you the tools and clarity you need to move forward. You decide what works best for you—whether that’s a single session or ongoing support.

 

How will we meet?

I meet with clients virtually through the following messaging platforms: What’s App, Telegram, Discord, and Google Meet. 

 

What if I have follow up questions?

I’m available via message between sessions at no charge for quick follow-up questions. If a more in-depth discussion is needed, I may recommend scheduling an additional session to ensure you get the detailed guidance you need.

 

 

What are your rates?

First session (90 minutes): $75 flat fee

  • Follow-up sessions:

    • 30 minutes – $40

    • 60 minutes – $75

I also offer a sliding scale fee for those facing financial hardship—

if cost is a concern, just reach out.

 

How do I pay?

Payment is collected after each session via Stripe

(all major payment forms accepted).

 

What is your refund policy?

Refunds can be requested within 3 days of the initial session if you are not satisfied with the level of service you received.
